Salvation - you must be perfect:

(Commentary must accompany this verse compilation) (1) Earth free floats in space (Job 26:7). (2) When dealing with diseases, clothes should be put under running water to clean (Leviticus 15:13). People had no concept of biology back then, so what would be the point of doing this unless God, the One who gave this, knew something they didn’t. (3) Fecal matter must be separated from where people reside. Even to this day, there are certain cultures in third world countries that don’t understand the need to do this and don’t understand bacteria (Deuteronomy 23:12). (4) Mountains in the sea (Jonah 2:5-6). (5) Life is in the blood (Leviticus 17:11, 14) George Washington died of a practice called bloodletting—they obviously didn’t understand life was in the blood. (6) The first law of thermodynamics. There is only as much matter as there will always be. When God said it was good He ceased from His work (Genesis 2:1-2). (7) The universe had a beginning. Until recently, most cultures around the world believed the universe was eternal (Genesis 1:1). (8) The earth is a sphere (Isaiah 40:22). (9) Rainbows couldn’t have appeared before the flood due to the firmament in the sky (Genesis 2:5-6; 7:11; 9:13-16) They Bible says that the windows of heaven were opened, and that after the flood, the rainbow appeared for the first time. (10) There’s an incalculable number of stars. When this was written, there were only 5,000 observable stars. Before telescopes some critics believed the Bible wasn’t God’s Word and contained error, because they believed that you could count the amount of stars (Jeremiah 33:22). (11) Scientists today calculate that there are probably as many stars as there are grains of sand on earth, which is an incalculable number; the Bible said that long ago (Genesis 22:17; Hebrews 12:11). (12) The flood. The evidence for a worldwide flood is undeniable (Genesis 6:1-8:22). (13) The continents were originally created as one large land mass (Gen. 1:9-10). We all come from one couple (Acts. 17:26). (14) Healthy dietary laws (Leviticus 11:9-19; Deuteronomy 14:8). (15) The second law of thermodynamics—everything is deteriorating—entropy (Psalm 102:25-27; Genesis 3:17; Romans 8:20-22; Hebrews 1:11). (16) Incest prohibited which today we now know causes biological problems (Leviticus 18:6). (17) The sun has a circuit. Scientists used to scoff at the Bible because they thought the sun was stationary and that we are rotating around the sun. Though we do rotate around the sun, we now know the sun is travelling through space in a circuit as well (Psalm 19:6). (18) The eighth day is the safest to circumcise. Medical science discovered that the blood clotting chemical called prothrombin is highest in a newborn on the eight day. This chemical is necessary for blood coagulation (Genesis 17:12; Leviticus 12:3; Luke 1:59). (19) Air has weight. Scientists and people used to believe that air didn’t weigh anything (Job 28:25). (20) The jet stream circuit. At the time Ecclesiastes 1:6 was written, people believed the wind always blew straight until WW2 when we discovered the jet stream circuit. (21) Medical quarantine instituted (Leviticus 13:45-46; Numbers 5:14). (22) Stars are all different. During the time 1 Corinthians 15:41 was written people didn’t even know what stars were let alone know that all of those dots in the sky were each different. (23) Harmful microorganisms in dead animals (Exodus 22:31). (24) Consuming raw blood can be dangerous (Leviticus 17:12; Genesis 9:4; Leviticus 3:17; Acts 15:20; 21:25). (25) The Bible talks about dinosaurs and humans living together. Scientists have always believed that dinosaurs were way before humans. Scientists only believe that unintelligent, ape like ancestors were around during some of the dinosaurs (Job 40:15-24). (26) Olive oil and wine are useful for wounds. Both are still known today to be helpful with wounds. Up to the 15th century, people still didn’t know how to properly treat wounds. All cultures around the world used all sorts of plants for medicinal purposes but it was typically because of the “magic” behind them. The Bible never gives a useless suggestion for treating wounds, diseases, bacteria, etc. (Luke 10:34). (27) Atoms are held together by Christ. Scientists still don’t know what holds all things together (Colossians 1:17; Heb. 1:3). (28) The Pleiades star cluster is bound and the Orion star cluster is free. The Pleiades star cluster is gravitationally bound, while the Orion star cluster isn’t and is actually disintegrating because the gravity of the cluster is not strong enough to bind the star cluster together. 4,000 years ago God asked Job, “Can you bind the cluster of the Pleiades, or loose the belt of Orion?” (Job 38:31). Yet, it is only recently that we realized that the Pleiades is gravitationally bound, but Orion’s stars are flying apart. (29) Safe drinking water (Leviticus 11:33-36). God forbade water that had been contaminated by coming into contact with a dead animal. It is only in the last 100 years that medical science has learned that contaminated water can cause typhoid, cholera as well as other things. (30) Pest control (Leviticus 25:1-24). Farmers are burdened today with insects, yet God gave a remedy to control insects centuries ago. Moses commanded Israel to set aside one year out of seven where no crops were to be raised. Insects winter in the stalks from last year’s harvest, then hatch in the spring, and then are perpetuated by laying eggs in the new crops. If the land is denied one year, the insects have nothing to survive upon, and are thereby controlled. (19) The universe is expanding (Job 9:8; Is. 42:5; Jeremiah 51:15; Zechariah 12:1).
